This notice defines the copyright, licensing, and reuse terms for all scholarly content published in the International Journal of Scientific Discoveries (IJSD), establishing a clear legal framework for authors, readers, and re-users.

Authors retain the copyright to their original manuscript. Acceptance for publication in IJSD constitutes a grant to the journal of a non-exclusive license to publish, reproduce, and distribute the work in its final form under an open-access model.

To facilitate the broadest possible dissemination and application of research, each article is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). Under this license, any user is free to:

  • Share – copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format.

  • Adapt – remix, transform, and build upon the material.
    These rights are granted for any purpose, including commercial use, contingent upon providing complete and accurate attribution. Proper attribution must include: credit to the author(s), citation of the International Journal of Scientific Discoveries (IJSD) as the original source, a link to the CC BY 4.0 license, and an indication of any modifications made.

3. Detailed Rights and Responsibilities

  • Author Rights & Self-Archiving: Authors are explicitly permitted to deposit the final published version (PDF) in institutional or subject-specific repositories, on personal or departmental websites, and on academic networking platforms (e.g., ResearchGate, Academia.edu). Authors may reuse their own tables, figures, and text excerpts in subsequent works without seeking permission, provided the original IJSD publication is fully cited.

  • Third-Party Material: It is the author's sole responsibility to obtain written permission from the copyright holder for any third-party copyrighted material (e.g., illustrations, photographs, datasets, extensive quotations) included in their submission and to ensure proper acknowledgment is given within the article.

  • Publisher Archiving: IJSD reserves the right to permanently archive all published content with trusted third-party digital preservation services (such as CLOCKSS or Portico) to guarantee its perpetual availability for the global scholarly community.

4. Ethical Publishing and Integrity
Authors must attest that their submission is an original work and has not been published elsewhere. The journal adheres to the core practices and guidelines established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). Any allegations of plagiarism, data fabrication, or copyright infringement will be investigated rigorously in accordance with these standards.
